1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Crypto Hero, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our app.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the app, you must create an account by providing your email, mobile number, and creating a username and password.

You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential.

3. Features and Services

• Earning Coins: You can earn Champion Coins by watching ads, completing daily check-ins, spinning the Lucky Wheel, and referring others to the app.
• Wallet Balances: You have access to three types of wallet balances: Hero Coins, Champion Coins, and Gems.
• Ads and Promotions: You may be shown ads to earn coins, and these ads may vary based on your region.
• Lucky Wheel: You can try your luck on the Lucky Wheel, with the chance to win Champion Coins, Hero Coins, and Gems. Users have 2 chances per day.
• Champion+ Club: Users can opt to join the Champion+ club for $10 per month via in-app purchase. Champion+ members receive additional daily chances and higher winning amounts on the Lucky Wheel.
• Refer & Earn: You can refer friends and share your referral code. When someone signs up using your code and purchases Gems, you will earn 5% of the total Gems they purchase.

4. Hero Users

Hero Users: These users provide trading signals and earn from the platform.

Hero Profile Segments:

• Rank Segments: Heroes are ranked based on their signal performance into categories like Explorer, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.
• Monthly Top: The top 10 heroes of the previous month are displayed based on their performance.
• Suggested Heroes: The system suggests heroes based on their long-term performance.

5. Subscription for Premium Signals

• If you want to access premium trading signals from a Crypto Hero, you must subscribe to their profile.
• Subscriptions are available for one month, three months, or yearly.
• To subscribe, you will need Gems, and the amount required depends on the hero's rank and profile.

6. Use of the App

• You agree not to misuse the app, including by exploiting vulnerabilities or attempting to manipulate ad systems.
• You must not share your account or password with anyone.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crypto Hero is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs due to the use of the app, including issues with ad availability, subscription purchases, or server downtime.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Updates and Changes

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any major changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Crypto Hero operates.
